Chau Taufu - fermented taufu
Chau Taufu or fermented tofu is a delicacies. Not really commercialized and not much people are fond of it. It can be found in Pasar Malam (night market). The best I've tasted was in Taman Connaught every Wednesday night. The above picture show people queuing up for hours to buy the taufu.
Some people find Chau Taufu smells like ammonia, rotten egg, stall drain water as they describe. Amazingly when you eat, it does taste good. The Chau Taufu is taken with cabbage pickles and chili sauce. Texture of the taufu - Crispy in the outside, soft in the inside. Next type of food I would like to try are deep fried insects in Thailand!

Sg Wang
Time square reflected on Amoda Building.
Only in Malaysia: Traffic police controlling pedestrian and vehicles. He stop vehicles and allow people to walk across the road. There is no zebra crossing in the area.
These people are guided by traffic police to cross the road. This includes me.
Korean invention. Baby cactus encapsulated in key chains. Innovative idea but not really practical. Who says souvenir needs to be practical? Its the thought that counts. Most of the cactus has rotten away.
