Smoke Fish @ Jalan Tabuan. Some stall will serve the fish raw but I still prefer it to be smoked. Server with a dash for lemon its a good appetizer.
Hing Hua Mee @ Jalan Kenyalang. Simple dish served with seaweed, peanut, prawn, vegetables, dice pork, fried egg and mee. Its said only 2 stall sell such food in Kuching.

Peh Ker Soup @ Goody foody, Stutong - I used to eat this mee fried but this stall sell them in soup. Hokkien's love to eat them. This dish is usually served with celery.

Yao Char Kuai with Kaya Butter @ Stutong. Simply delicious! One of my favourite food.
Lor Mai Chee @ Tai Fan Shue - Glutinous rice filled with either red bean, yam or prawn fries.
Kueh Chap @ Jalan Song - Dish made of every part of the pig. Its sometimes served with rice or mee. I love the chilli sauce which comes with it!
Kolo Mee - Sarawak's most famous food.
