We bbq without marinating them and they
taste great just like shirmp!

Crayfish fries - hinge at the belly

These are crayfish fries - miniature version of adult crayfish. They have high survival rate. They hinge to their mum's belly until they are big and strong enough to defend and find food for themselves. Now my whole aquarium is filled with them. Anyone interested to buy??
